Refund Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
We keep this simple: the 7-day free trial is your chance to try Hookline risk-free. Because of that, we don’t offer refunds for partial or unused subscription periods. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
7-day free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends (before day 8), you won’t be charged anything.
After the trial
If you don’t cancel before day 8, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged the plan price. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime — from your account settings in the app, or by emailing hello@gohookline.com. When you cancel, you stop future billing and keep access until the end of your current paid period. We don’t prorate or refund the remaining days of a period you’ve already paid for.
No refunds for partial periods
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused portions of a subscription, or periods during which you didn’t use the Service. The free trial exists so you can evaluate Hookline fully before any charge.
Billing & Merchant of Record
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Charges may appear on your statement under Dodo’s descriptor. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Exceptional cases
If something went wrong — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing error — email us at hello@gohookline.com and we’ll review it case by case and do right by you. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
